    Recognize key Chinese medicinal herbs, an understanding of their uses, and a basic comprehension of how traditional Chinese medicine fits into broader healthcare practices.

    Participants would visit a Chinese herbal garden and then engage in identifying different Chinese herbs and understanding the principles of balance and wellness in Chinese medicine.

  • 帶領參加者了解中藥的種植方法、不同組合及其對應的藥效。

    Participants will be guided to learn about different combinations of Chinese herbs and their corresponding medicine potency, as well as methods to cultivate herbs.
